Support Groups

Our support groups give you the opportunity to share your experience and be listened to. Facilitated by qualified counsellors, you meet other service users and help and support each other, as well as receiving helpful support and advice.

Men’s Support Group

A sharing of resources and information for men diagnosed with all forms of cancer.

Women’s Support Group

An informative support group for women diagnosed with cancer and an opportunity to give and receive support.

Bereavement Support Group

Support for people who need help to come to terms with the passing of a loved one or family member through cancer.

Children’s Support Programme

For children aged 5-12 who are experiencing the impact of a cancer diagnosis of a parent, or other significant adult.

Prostate Programme

An informative programme which deals with the specific symptoms, concerns or fears that can be part of a prostate cancer diagnosis.

Thrive and Survive

Helpful to those who have finished treatment or who may be on long term maintenance treatment.

Walking Group

This group meets each week and their aim is to gradually increase fitness and pace, so every level is welcome.
