DESCRIPTION:The Meditation Group takes place on the First Tuesday of every month from 11:00am – 12.30pm and is Drop in for All Éist Clients.\nMeditation is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound\, object\, visualization\, the breath\, movement\, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment\, reduce stress\, promote relaxation\, and enhance personal and spiritual growth. This training of the mind helps to promote a sense of calm\, strengthen the immune system and promote healing.
