Meditation / Relaxation from 11:00am – 12.00pm and is Drop in for all Éist Clients.
Meditation is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualisation, the breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth. This training of the mind helps to promote a sense of calm, strengthen the immune system and promote healing. Clients are invited to attend on a drop in basis.
