Meditation / Relaxation from 11:00am – 12.00pm and is Drop in for all Éist Clients.
Meditation is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, an object, the breath, visualisation or movement in order to increase awareness of the present moment and may help to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Training of the mind helps to promote a sense of calm.
